THE IMPROV PROJECT

Improving Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Provision among People Living with HIV in Atlanta

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Many people living with HIV have comorbidities such as depression, PTSD,

bipolar disorder, and/or alcohol use disorder that are not being treated,

which increases the likelihood that they will not be retained in HIV care.

This project is partnering with Positive Impact Health Centers to develop an

intervention to help providers and to improve the integration of psychiatric

medication and naltrexone into Ryan White-funded care sites in the Atlanta

area.

HOW YOU CAN HELP!

Are you a HIV care provider, such as a doctor or counselor,at a Ryan White-funded Healthcare Center in the Atlanta metro area?

Are you an administrator at a Ryan White-funded Healthcare Center in the Atlanta Metro area?
