With the recent legislative assault on bodily autonomy, abortion rights, and the civil liberties of LGBTQIA+ communities in the Georgia State Congress, it is time to stand up, fight back, and be heard. SisterLove, Inc, joined by our local partners SPARK RJ, URGE GA, and Amplify GA, is taking a stand and creating a platform to hold truth to power.

From Tuesday, March 22nd to Thursday, March 24th, we will host our interactive Reproductive Justice Days of Advocacy & Action, where you can apply pressure, voice your concerns, and help create strategies and solutions for your community directly with your representatives in Congress.

DAY 1: DIGITAL ACTION HOUR

Joined by Spark RJ, Amplify Georgia, and URGE GA, SisterLove, Inc will host an hour of digital collective action. DAY 2:

As the oldest nonprofit women-centered Sexual Health and Reproductive Justice organization in the southeastern United States, SisterLove takes an intersectional approach to our advocacy efforts. We believe that HIV policy issues are a matter of both Human Rights and Reproductive Justice.

This is the basis for our innovative community-based solutions to issues.

Not surprisingly, the issues that impact us here in Georgia also impact women around the world. Our approach centers on the oppression of women of color and we believe when issues that impact Black women are addressed, the views of everyone can be addressed.

We will discuss HIV decriminalization, maternal health, abortion rights, disability justice, and housing justice. The event will be an opportunity for you to learn about SisterLove, our local partner RJ organizations, and ways for you to make sure the needs of your community are addressed.

We look forward to your attendance and participation!
