Today is National Census Day. The census is incredibly important for you and your community. The results of the 2020 Census will affect community funding, congressional representation, and more. If our community is undercounted, we may lose funding for our schools, roads, and other necessities. We may even lose representatives in Congress. The census is completely anonymous and you will not be penalized due to your living situation, immigration status, etc. There is NO immigration status question on the census.

April 1st is NOT a deadline. The Census Bureau uses this day to determine who is counted and where in the 2020 Census so far. You however can respond after that date.

In honor of National Census Day, we encourage you to complete the census and help our communities get the services they deserve.
