SisterLove, Inc. Remains Committed to providing HIV Testing and Linkage to Care Services for our Communities

June 27th is National HIV Testing Day (NHTD). Each year we use NHTD to encourage and empower folks to take charge of their health by getting tested, knowing their status, and facilitating linkage to treatment and prevention services.

This year’s theme is “Doing It My Way” and highlights how and why people make routine testing a part of their lives -- on their terms and how they want. SisterLove is committed to sexual health and bodily autonomy for all Georgians, particularly Black women and other people of color. Our free onsite and offsite rapid HIV and STI testing and linkage to care programs are designed to empower individuals in high impact areas by knowing their status at earlier stages in the progression of HIV, facilitating entry of people living with HIV into the care continuum, and ensuring all people, irrespective of their status, enter the prevention and care continuum where their needs can be met.

To learn more please join us at the MotherHouse (1237 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd) tomorrow from 3pm-7pm for our Community Testing & Resource Fair! This is a free event where attendees can enjoy music, giveaways, and free HIV, STI, Pregnancy, and Hepatitis C testing, counseling, and linkage to care.
