About the Role
SisterLove is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Development and Fundraising Specialist to drive our fundraising efforts and expand our donor base, reporting to the VP of Administration and Operations.
Requirements
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify funding needs;
• Conduct comprehensive research and prospecting for funding opportunities;
• Develop and implement strategic fundraising strategies.
Desired Skills
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills;
• Significant fundraising experience with a track record of securing funding;
• Familiarity with fundraising information sources and proposal writing techniques.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Public or Business Administration, Mass Communications, or related fields;
• Minimum of five years of experience with non-profit fundraising.
